Acceptable hotel. Pros: location was good for us, newly refurbished hotel, breakfast was basic, very comfortable bed, quiet, staff was friendly. Cons: Surprised that shower caulking was dirty/stained, slim pickings for restaurants nearby, entrance not marked very well, no in room coffee maker.
The room on the first floor was very comfortable and quiet. It looks like it was recently updated. They are still working on the common areas, but no work was going on while we were here (arrived after 6pm). The gym is small but it has the equipment you need for a workout. Unfortunately, the breakfast was just a little lacking, not too many options. The kitchen attendant was very sweet and accommodating, it's just that they didn't have scrambled eggs and biscuits, only cheese omelette and pork sausage, which I don't eat. I was able to get oatmeal, so I didn't leave hungry. It could be that they just weren't serving scrambled eggs today.
Traveling by myself for one night. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. No microwave in the room but I used the one at the front. I prefer one in my room. The breakfast was okay but I prefer protein based instead of so many carbs. I would stay again, convenience to everything and again the bedding was great.
We stayed here as Hurricane Milton evacuees and were treated so kindly. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decent. The breakfast was wonderful. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. It was located close to downtown and a nice park/playground. However, we were a bit nervous about our car and things due to some things we witnessed in the immediate area; but all was well and nothing bothered. I would stay there again.
Very convenient by the interstate. Was told that part of town wasn't the best BUT we had no problems. The bathroom was small but had all the amenities we needed. We were just a few rooms down on the first floor near the kitchen where breakfast was being prepared. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were Wonderful! No coffee maker or microwave in the room which was unusual but a nice size refrigerator was in the room. The room was very clean, well insulated from noises from other rooms and outside sounds. The breakfast was good especially the sausage gravy and fluffy biscuits. The coffee machines grind beans for each cup. No bitterness- very smooth and great coffee. It would be nice to have a variety of herbal or no caffeine teas. The staff did check for me. I would recommend this hotel. Good TV with nice selection of channels including some premium ones.
Nice clean motel. I left to early to see if they had a good breakfast. They don't serve until 630
Team traveled down here for a game and the staff was amazing! Had a small setback on our final day and they were so nice and accommodating!
Great location. My wife ripped her sweater and they supplied her with a two little sewing kits to repair it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and very quiet. Also coffee, tea and hot cocoa available all day. Very friendly staff. We will be back again.
